Spurs lost the game 3-1 at Carrow Road, but it was the Spaniard's strike which was the best of the bunch.
Ceballos, 21, has now scored two goals in three under-21 matches this season for Tottenham.
He no doubt will have been inspired by Ryan Mason's recent step up to the first team, and is coming off the back of a 2013/14 in which he spent a season on loan with Portuguese side Arouca.
Ceballos is a former Barcelona youngster, who was given a new deal at the end of last season.
